Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company’s principal and controlling shareholder previously provided a limited personal indemnification to the surety companies that provide performance and payment bonds and other surety products to the Company. During 2010, in connection with the initial public offering (see Note 11), the limited personal indemnification provided by the Company’s principal and controlling shareholder was removed.
